Recognising the care and craft RMA brings to residences in notable heritage neighbourhoods around the world, the practice was commissioned to create a 1930s-influenced design that would still deliver at the highest level of modern luxury for clients in Miami.
Framed by a garden and forest backdrop, the façade is distinguished by its pavilion style, playful asymmetry and stately arches. Florida's tropical climate led to the adoption of thick walls and small windows, emulated in RMA’s thoughtful design.
The grand double-storey arched entrance opens to a spiral stair. At the rear of the home, living spaces surround a magnificent pool terrace fringed by sun lounges.
