After we redesigned our clients’ clifftop residence in Sorrento, they commissioned RMA to craft their next residence nearby Point Nepean.
Taking inspiration from Ocean House, the residence presents two separate living quarters. The ground floor can accommodate visitors with their own living, kitchen and bedroom spaces, while the first floor features principal living, kitchen and bedroom spaces for our client with views towards Blue Bay.
This site is one part of a once-grand estate now surrounded by mansion allotments. Blue Bay residence adds to the architectural story of this significant area by realising a sanctuary, crafted with natural material and thoughtfully composed so that a family can holiday together in comfort.
