True glamour isn't about excess. It's created through beautiful materials, natural light and a meaningful connection between the residence and the landscape.

A derelict duplex was demolished to make way for a contemporary family home that reflects the personality, confidence and warmth of its owners. Every aspect of the planning was carefully considered, from the extensive excavation that created a basement with a cinema, wine cellar and secure parking, to a sequence of spaces that gradually unfolds from formal entertaining rooms to relaxed family living. The result is a residence that feels elegant, highly functional and deeply personal, balancing moments of intimacy with generous spaces designed for everyday life.
The personality of every home should reflect the people who live there. Our role is to understand that character and express it through architecture that feels authentic, enduring and deeply personal.

The interiors were designed to feel glamorous (client was very glamourous) calm, refined and effortlessly connected. Formal and informal spaces can operate independently or open completely, allowing the residence to adapt naturally to different occasions. A restrained monochromatic palette strengthens the sense of continuity, while carefully detailed elements, including a sculptural kitchen bench elevated on polished chrome legs and expansive walls of glazing, draw the eye towards the surrounding landscape. Every decision contributes to interiors that feel generous, light-filled and quietly sophisticated.
Timeless design is shaped by proportion, materiality and careful restraint rather than passing trends. Every decision associated with this residence was made with longevity in mind, creating a home that feels as relevant today as it will for generations to come. It is this commitment to enduring quality that gives the residence its quiet confidence.
