RMA played a key role in designing and crafting the building and guiding the project through town planning and marketing. Our professional development experience, timing, and industry knowledge were essential to the project's success

Manhattan, Toorak, is an exceptional boutique apartment building that channels Fifth Avenue's great Art Deco buildings in New York’s Manhattan. Its façade exhibits a powerful scale and perfect proportion and rhythm, which gives it gravitas and elegance, security and strength.
The apartments within reflect these attributes with generous floor plans and the finest palette of materials and fittings, designed to create a modern urban sanctuary where quality comes first.
The project was so successful that RMA’s clients purchased the property next door, where Rob Mills and his team have since designed a second apartment building.
