Great coastal living isn't reserved for weekends away. It can become part of everyday life. These residences were conceived to embrace the energy, beauty and rhythm of one of Australia's most celebrated urban beaches.

Positioned directly opposite the golden sands of Manly Beach, this boutique collection of nine residences redefines contemporary beachfront living. Commissioned to replace an existing approval with an architecture worthy of one of Australia's most iconic coastal addresses, the project reflects RMA's belief that exceptional land deserves an equally considered architectural response.
Working collaboratively with both Council and the local community, the project progressed efficiently from design through documentation and into construction. The result is a collection of residences that balances architectural presence with respect for its extraordinary setting, enriching one of Sydney's most recognised beachfront precincts.
Every residence has been designed to maximise its connection with the beach, drawing natural light deep into the interiors while framing uninterrupted views across the Pacific Ocean. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, generous outdoor terraces and carefully considered planning dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, creating homes that respond effortlessly to Sydney's temperate coastal climate.
Natural materials, restrained detailing and lush landscaping soften the architectural expression, allowing each residence to feel calm, refined and intimately connected to its surroundings. Rather than simply overlooking the beach, the architecture becomes part of the experience of living beside it.
Healthy Living begins with the opportunity to live outdoors. Fresh ocean air, abundant natural light and immediate access to one of Australia's most celebrated beaches encourage movement, recreation and wellbeing as part of everyday life. Carefully selected natural materials, generous cross ventilation and seamless indoor-outdoor living further enhance physical comfort while creating homes that feel balanced, restorative and deeply connected to their coastal setting.
With just nine residences, the development offers a level of privacy and exclusivity rarely found along Sydney's most sought-after coastline. The boutique scale creates a stronger sense of community while allowing every residence to benefit from generous proportions, exceptional outlooks and a highly considered level of architectural detail.
Manly has long represented one of Australia's most desirable ways of living, where beach culture, village life and the city exist in perfect balance. These residences embrace that unique lifestyle, creating homes that support the rhythm of everyday life while celebrating the privilege of living opposite one of the country's most iconic beaches.
