The most rewarding projects are those where every decision feels connected. The architecture, the landscape, the interiors and the lives of our clients come together with a shared sense of purpose.

Kenley Court was conceived as a residence that reflects the lives and passions of its owners. Inspired by their heritage and appreciation for entertaining, the architecture is composed with quiet confidence, sitting comfortably within its landscape. The formal approach through Paul Bangay's gardens, the orchard and productive kitchen garden establish a connection between the residence, the land and the way the family chooses to live, creating a place that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
Every detail contributes to the character of this home. A remarkable nineteenth-century Italian door establishes a memorable arrival before giving way to interiors defined by generous proportions, natural light and carefully crafted materials. Steel-framed windows and doors strengthen the relationship between inside and out, while the warmth of render, stone and finely executed craftsmanship creates a residence that feels welcoming and refined.
Every RMA residence is shaped by those who will live within it. While each project responds to its own landscape, aspirations and architectural language, all are united by a commitment to create a home that remains relevant and deeply personal. Our integrated approach carefully manages time, cost and quality throughout the journey, giving clients confidence while protecting the integrity of the original design vision.
The things we choose to live with become part of the story of our lives. A favourite chair, a work of art, an object discovered while travelling or something passed from one generation to the next can hold meaning far beyond its function. Here, antique furniture sits alongside contemporary pieces, each bringing its own character and history to the architecture. Together, furniture, art and objects create an interior with a personality entirely its own, transforming the residence into something deeply personal: a home that could belong to no one else.
RMA’s creativity is cradled by its strategic management ensuring all decisions are one with each other. Delivering the project on time, on budget, to the desired quality. Projects of this scale demand careful coordination and disciplined project leadership. Through comprehensive documentation, integrated workflows and close collaboration with consultants, craftspeople and builders, RMA maintained clarity throughout the delivery process, protecting time, cost and quality while ensuring the finished residence remained true to the original vision.
